Late/Absence Procedures

Absence Arrangements

If your child is going to be absent from school, please contact the school office as soon as possible to let us know and the reason for absence.  You will receive a phone call from the school office if you do not let us know - please do not be offended by this.  We need to make sure that your child is safe and want to ensure that we offer as much support as possible for you as a family.

Late Arrangements

If your child is going to be late to school, please ensure that you let the school office know as soon as possible with an expected time of arrival.  If you are running late in the morning and the school gates are closed, please bring your child to the main entrance to be registered by the school office.
