December 16, 2018: French
This term classes 1, 4 and 5 have been learning French words and phrases. They have learnt greetings, names, ages and colours and talking with their peers. Here are six pupils sharing conversations in French.

October 8, 2018: Trojan Horses
Last week we learnt all about the Trojan War and why we should ‘Beware Of Greeks bearing gifts,’ We worked in teams to create our own Trojan Horses which had to: hold 20 soldiers (Lego figures) move have a way for the soldiers to escape in the night not look like a box of soldiers! I think you can agree the children all met their success criteria and did really well to say they only had one day!

March 26, 2018: Reflection
Upper school are getting ready to welcome their parents, carers and other adults or their Viking reflection on Wednesday. We will be turning the hall into an exhibition to show you all the work we have done to answer the question 'Vicious Vikings:Alliteration or truth? Hope to see you there!

March 13, 2018: Archeology
Today we discovered some Viking artefacts (thank you Mr Widdowson and your amazing 3D printer) and used spoons no brushes to delicately uncover these riches. We then had to use the books, iPads and laptops to find out what we had uncovered. We then presented our findings to the rest of the class. True historians in actions!

January 15, 2018: Letter to Glurg
We wrote our replied to Glurg, making sure we used interesting sentences and a range of punctuation. Some of us even used colons. As your child to tell you some sentences like; imagine - imagine a world where the blue seas sparkle, the green grass grown and beautiful birds sing: this is earth. the more, the more - The more chocolate you eat, the more weight you gain. pairs of adjectives - Scared and alone, trembling and crying, Mrs Foster took the rubbish to the bin.

November 13, 2017: We were learning about dissolving today!

November 10, 2017: Year 6 BODMAS
Our fabulous Year 6 children persevering and showing their resilience while working out where brackets might go in this question! We were successful today because we worked together and stayed positive.

November 8, 2017: Welcome back
What a great start to our new topic! The children were amused to see their teachers dressed strangely and behaving even worse! We have explored the question 'I know this! Or do I?' Looking at a range of science and English lessons. We have been blown away by the writing this week! Well done!
