This is an example Pupil Learning Space

Please Note this area is being used as an example of the learning spaces we are setting up within the school. The features we have included are;

• All pupil learning spaces use their login names - no names are listed to identify them

• All pupil learning spaces use the same template design with the same categories set up for pupils to post too

• The "SearchyPants" image on the right takes pupils to a pupil-safe search engine facility

• Work can be photographed, and using the "insert image" option easily added to the learning space

• Word / powerpoint files will pop up on screen using the embedit.in sitewide facility

• Work created in Google Docs (through the school Google Apps service) can be embedded into a post

Was hoping that these accounts were on the new "beta" platform - if they had have been, then the audio files would have appeared in a small embedded widget. Pupils would then be able to play them within the post window.

Great News - we've been beta'd! Pupils can now add audio that plays in their post as in the example below.

About the Author 

Michelle Magorians first ambition was to be an Actress and after three years study at Bruford College of speech and drama , She went to mime school in Paris. All this time she had secretly scribbling stories in her mid twenties she became intrested in childrens books and decided to write one herself. The result was Good night Mister tom - A winner of the Gaurdian Award and the International reading Asscostaiation Award Which she adapted as a musical. Since then she has published four more novels two collections of poetry a collection of short and two picture stories She now lives in Petersfeild
